He was the former Managing Director of Kuwait Dar Real Estate Appraisal Co, former Vice president, and one of the founders of the Kuwait union for Real estate Appraisal.

Emad was also a former board member of the Kuwaiti real estate brokerage union and a former member of Kuwait Real Estate Clearing Co. He has more than 25 years of experience in the Real Estate field.
